Local offers is run across both NHSdiscounts.com and LocalAuthorityDiscounts.com by Brinc Ltd. Payments taken will be shown on your credit card statements as Brinc Ltd.

Once full payment and the submitted information have been authorised Brinc Ltd will upload the Client's business and offer onto the local offers areas of NHS discounts.com and LocalAuthorityDiscounts.com as appropriate. Information displayed will be that supplied by the client. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure adequate contact details are displayed as part of the advertisement. Display will be maintained for the full duration of the contract. Brinc Ltd retain the right to remove the offer if there is customer complaint relating to refusal of the offer displayed. In this case we will attempt to resolve the complaint with you. Should no resolution be agreed the ad would be removed and any fees paid would be retained by Brinc Ltd.

Whilst on the site you will be promoted in accordance with national campaigns.

Your obligation

It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure the advertisement is kept updated with regard to offer details and contact information. If amends to the advertisement are required, simply email the details to customerservices@brincltd.com. These will be submitted for authorisation and duly uploaded once approved. If any problem arises we will contact you directly. Changes will be live within 5 working days.

Market information

Brinc Ltd will track advertisement views and any click through to your destination url - if applicable.

Payment

Payment is required in full when you submit your business details. Once your ad has been approved you will receive confirmation of display and respective period.

Liabilities

Brinc Ltd accept no liability for inaccessibility to your web site, telephone contact points etc. - if applicable.

Limit of Liability

Brinc Ltd are not responsible for any contractual obligation or transaction between the Client and member of any of our discounts services. Brinc Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage the result of use or misuse, of the Client's displayed business information or url link. Liability shall be limited to the fee.

Cancellation

You have the right to right to cancel within 7 days of submitting your payment and business information. Within this time, should you chose to cancel you will receive a refund of 50% of the fee paid. After this period no refund of the fee will be paid.
