Founded Communications Company PCE in 1991 which works with many of the UK's ambulance trusts. Founded Brinc Ltd in 2000 to offer NHS staff extra savings on products and services via a dedicated web shopping portal. He has over 15 years of Health Sector knowledge and experience.

Percy Kelland: Finance Director FCA (ICAEW)
Over 20 years experience with KPMG as a specialist in advising entrepreneurial businesses. Percy had been FD for Brinc Ltd. since 2002.

Ben Barrass: Technical Director
Ben joined Brinc in 2003 and has extensive experience in web site development including having worked on a wide range of client projects at EURO RSCG CIRCLE 1999-2002. Ben has developed the Brinc offering across the changing face of e-commerce in the last five years.
